The staff in general are great as is the pharmacy crew but there is one man who works the front cash and he is so rude and dismissive that it sours the whole positive aspects. Everytime I come here if he is working I try to avoid being served by him as the experience is terrible. I don't go to Shoppers as often as I used to just because of this one rude man.

My daughter and I were served by Alida in the beauty department and we were amazed by her knowledge of all the products available. She was able to advise us on the best brands for my daughter's skin type and was fun, enthusiastic and so helpful to both of us. They have a fantastic returns policy on skincare here, too, which gives us confidence in our purchases.
I also love the greeting card selection in this store, especially the Thanksgiving ones!

Had an issue trying to return a product I bought! Rather make the drive to go to a sephora where younger people actually know about makeup and the product they are selling. So uneducated

Worst pharmacy ever! Anna the pharmacist was rude, judgemental, slow, and bias.
Rest of the store was unorganized however the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and friendly.

ME AND MY WIFE WAITED AN HOUR FOR SIMPLE ANTIBIOTIC PRESCRIPTION FOR OUR BABY. BIG STORES FEEL WE HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO, FROM NEXT TIME I WILL CHOOSE AN INDEPENDENT PHARMACY. AT LEAST THEY GIVE PERSONABLE SERVICE.
