Love this place!! Staffs are very friendly and nice and they make sure you find everything you needed. Price are a little too high but definitely worth it! Clothes are all great! Also, staffs inform customers about their promotionals. Definitely coming back.

Clothes great! Prices abit high but worth it. Service at this store.. Awful. I walked in wandered around for about 20+mins and no a single person said hi, or asked if I needed help or a change room started. Every other store I go to as soon as I walk in they are taking to me no matter how busy. And there was only one other customer in the kingsway one at the time I went in. Finally after asking someone twice for a change room she acknowledged me and said ok extremely annoyed and never came back to check if I needed a different size. I went to to til to pay and the girl there asking if anyone was helping me I said no that no one even talked to me and all she did was smirk, roll her eyes and not say another word til I needed to pay I grabbed to bag after paying and she ripped it out of my hand to put the receipt in and then hands it to me full of attitude. Been there once before that to return a jacket and was treated horribly by them.... What happened to customer service.. From now on if I go to addition Elle it will be the north end where they actually like their job.
