I have a brand new pair of boots that I wore one time and the left book began to squeak when stepping down on the heel. Operator of this little kiosk told me to throw it out because it was made in China. What a joke.

Went there to get a handbag strap repaired. The older gentlemen told me "it couldn't be done". Said there was no way he could fix it. I decided to take it to Callingwood Market place. The gentleman there said no problem it just need to be stitched to reinforce it. Guess I'll be going to Callingwood shoe and leather repairs from now on.
