Spent $140.00 on dress pants. started to fade after a few months. brought them in and no one could even find the same pants. they finally told me to go shop at winners to buy pants.

Had an excellent customer service experience from "Cher"(sp?). Not gonna go into details but she helped me resolve a last minute situation and saved me a few gray hairs! Overall the service I've gotten from this location was up to par but this one time deserves mention. Thanks again!

I traveled to this store today for a specific type of shirt. I was a v-neck shirt I was looking for. They did not have my size on the rack and the staff did not want to check their inventory in the back for me. After insisting they reluctantly agreed to check. They brought out the shirt in the color I wanted and checked the tag to verify it was the correct size. Upon traveling back home I discovered that the shirt they gave me was in fact a crew neck shirt, not the v-neck I had wanted. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I will not be returning to this store ever again. It's a shame that I have to give them a 1 star rating as they aren't even deserving of that.

The customer service was amazing today! The lady was very welcoming when I walked in and immediately helped me.
She exchanged my yoga mat. I washed it with soapy water , and it left white stains on my mat. She told me not to use soap or oil on it, to actually use a little bit of vinegar in a bath tub of water and let it soak and hang dry for atleast 24 hours.
This is confusing to me though because on the care instructions it says to use soapy water ! Does anyone know what we are actually suppose to do!!!?

Walked in twice in one day as I was shopping around for a pair of pants. Both times I was not asked if I needed help or anything. The male working the changing room did not offer help if I needed a different size or anything. Also did not ask how everything was going. The store was not very busy so there was certainly time to ask and help out. The only saving grace was the cashier who was relatively polite.
