Best dentist I have ever been to! Wilson (the hygienist I had) was amazing. I learnt more about my teeth in that appointment then I have in all my other appointments combined! I rode my bike and was worried about it getting stolen and the receptionist suggested I bring it into the office. The entire staff went above and beyond from the moment I stepped in. I have extremely sensitive teeth and I was given so many recommendations on how to get rid of it (that no dentist has ever told me before). My teeth are already feeling better. Keep up the good work Dr. Yu and staff :)

Amazing experience. They were very knowledgeable and professional, all of the staff were so friendly and interesting, they felt like friends! The place has a very clean and modern atmosphere. The advice I was given was honest, it was obvious they were not trying to create problems to justify procedures (was informed I didn't actually need the fillings my last dentist advised). Also my teeth and gums didn't have the usual ache I experience post teeth cleaning, they were very proficient with their tools. Will recommend to everyone!

Every place is great until you have a bad experience I guess. Got my cleanings done there and that was all good, but I've never had a bad experience in cleaning at ANY dentist cabinet, ever.
My Invisalign is now going an extra 2 months. When I asked what the hell happened all I was told was that I had "to understand it's important to finish the treatment to get it perfect". Considering how upset I was, that was really not the right answer!!!!!!
UPDATE:
Went back for the following fitting and we were able to find a measure of success that would satisfy my needs and the ethical ones of the dentists who provided the services. It's really too bad this discussion didn't happen at the onset but there's a will to improve so I'm changing my review from a 2 to a 4. It's still great service for cleanings, great technology and folks too.

I was never very excited about going to the dentist until I met Dr. Yu and Dr. Tee. They are so authentic and caring. You know they are looking out for your best interests. I really appreciate the work that I have done so far. My teeth have never been better and I look forward to seeing them always as well as their staff.
