Nice facility, doctors and nurses are nice and welcoming except an asian nurse at the reception. She screams at everyone and talks down to people, I have never seen such a rude person at a public health facility. I would have given 5 stars but cut down to 3 due to her behavior. Management should transfer her somewhere she does not have to deal with public.

Ignorant & incompetent /careless poor attitude from almost all nurses we dealt with. There was only a VERY VERY VERY SELECT FEW nurses that actually did their job properly and went even above & beyond the call of duty. Sadly they weren't our nurse. The attitudes and how they talked down to my wife was a huge piss off and completely unprofessional. They're just here for a paycheck. They could care less to even half ass their job. Alot of these unproductive lazy nurses should be let go and replaced with nurses that actually want to be there and make the patients stay as pleasant as possible. Some of these nurses act like a Prison Warden.
My heart goes out to the other moms that had the same poor treatment as my wife.
