The place is unbelievable, the receptionists book multiple people in the same time slot, and then explain to you how you are wrong when you show up with your appointment confirmation they sent to you for a different time. They don't admit they made an error and keep on pushing that you are wrong. While the doctors provide good help, their reception will ruin your experience and will make you wait for an hour even when you have your appointment because they got to push in 2-3 walkins in your time slot for which you had to wait for at least a week.

this place is a joke. waited for 2 hours 20 minutes despite having an appointment. Dr. Han was pushing me to try medicines that I don't want to use because of side effects.
please don't waste your time at this place or go and experience it yourself.

Doctors and all crews are kind and excellent except for waiting for a pretty long time, especially busy Friday. 😁

The doctors and assistants are friendly and helpful, and the ability to do multiple stops in the same clinic is very useful, the doctors can come to you in an office instead of you running around town. I think maybe the coordination of all the professionals' schedule can take up some time, making the wait time longer. Some days it would be fairly quick, other days slower.

United has been the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. Initially I made an appointment with a Dr., and then showed up and another doctor, an uncaring one, saw me.
Okay, fine, whatever, but over the next few months this clinic did the same thing to me THREE times. I'd verbally confirm that the appointment was with the doctor in question, and show up to a bait and switch.
Later I asked them for several referrals to other programs, and they apparently never transmitted them. I phoned back several times over nearly six months and asked them to track them down and they'd make assurances and promise to look into it but never did.
Avoid making appointments here.
