Do not recommend this place at all. I went there for an intramuscular testosterone shot through the fast track program and while one receptionist was nice, the other was very unprofessional, she loudly used the word "retarded" when referring to her broken computer (which was appalling from a medical professional) and misgendered me (I am a male) continuously even after the other nurse and my partner had both corrected her more than once. She refused to use my correct pronouns and only referred to me as "the patient" after that. Also, at the end of my injection I was standing up to put my clothes back on and a doctor and a random other person from the clinic burst into the room to get something as I was getting dressed with no warning. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, I'm going to be looking into further action I can take on this.

Staff and doctors were very helpful and very friendly also the wait was not too bad

Normally have a great, if not exceptional experience, but Dr Thompson should learn how to read charts and improve his bedside manner. He misread my allergy schedule and was going to raise my next shot up 7 steps ahead of schedule. This could have been a very big mistake if I hadn't caught it and insisted that another doctor look at the schedule and read it properly.

I saw a female doctor who told me she's was new ( not sure if she meant in the area or in the profession).She was asking annoying repetitive questions that i kept answering over & over again.Finally after wasting time, she ask me to take the kid to any emergency since she will be done by 5 ish & may not be able to view any tests if any by then.. I hope she can adjust by saving time,attending to patients promptly and stop asking stupid annoying & repetitive questions. She even ask me where i come from?? a little bit of communication lesson may be important. Just an opinion
