Love this insurance company. I was with another company for 3 years when my rates went up 50+ a month. Decided to shop around and noticed ARC had 5 stars. I called and they were so helpful! They helped me in ways other companies didn't even offer, my rate went down 120$ a month just from switching. And the great service didn't stop there. I had to call again and i usually dreed calling a company once they have my business because the need to assist is never there. But with ARC they were still extremely helpful and answered every question I had with a kind tone while dealing with me. Hopefully the great service continues for years to come!

Great service by Tyson Lush. He was able to significantly lower my insurance rates and provide a classic car insurance package when I was having difficulty obtaining a similar product from other retailers. Communication was quick and all the policies were clearly explained. I would certainly recommend.

I had a complex situation that I thought would be a difficult thing to explain and sort out, but Phong was phenomenal to deal with. Polite, informed and very helpful. On top of that, he saved me money! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
UPDATE - I have been working with ARC again to move all of my rental properties under a new, more comprehensive policy. These guys are honestly the best I have dealt with during my time here in Edmonton. Tyson was phenomenal, quick to respond, patient and detailed in his explanations concerning coverage, liabilities and cost. I would highly recommend calling ARC if you have a need for insurance - top notch service and pricing you can't get without a broker.

I can assure you, apart from being professional and polite, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Tyson returned all my calls and responded with answers to my emails quickly. This is what real good old fashion customer service is. Definitely happy, I have signed on with ARC Insurance.

My insurance rate just went up at renewal. So why am I giving ARC 5 stars? Because I trust them. My insurance broker Tyson Lush from ARC insurance always provides excellent service. He listens to my concerns, and always acts as an advocate to help me save money when possible. I like saving money as much as the next guy, however when it comes to insurance, I want to make sure I'm well covered and that I am dealing with a reputable broker who has my back. This may be a smaller insurance broker, but they sure know how to train their staff and how to treat their customers. I highly recommend them.
BTW - They provide commercial insurance, as well as home and auto.
