Terrible service from the 'fake' girl in there. You will know who she is the second you see her. She is in charge of corporate. If you need anything done for business, stay away from this place. She will not spend one second helping you out, she just sits there looking stupid at you like you are supposed to know all the answers. She has a serious attitude problem, I have seen her treat others the same in the past. She hates her job and hates you for walking in. Never again.
Edit: To the owner...I was not looking for legal advice. It is clear you are quick to tell your customers to shove it and side with your employees. I was very happy to go elsewhere, your competition quickly helped me with what I needed when your store refused to do the same (they did it with a smile, not bitter attitude and they were able to help me in one visit when I was at your store 3 times for the same thing). Most owners reply to poor reviews with apologies and remedies. I liked your responses to poor reviews though, it further proves my point.

Joan and her staff are the best. Very knowledgeable and cheerful and make you feel welcome. I have been doing business with them for 10 years and would never go anywhere else! Thanks for the great service ladies.

This is the best registry the people are so nice and understanding excellent place for your drivers exam very calm and patient examiner who is very understanding.

Avoid this registry at all costs if you're going in for a road test. I re-tested twice here with the same examiner. Avoid the Sikh-Indian guy at all costs. Smiles with you and is all nice and stuff, yet fails you deliberately in the end. Clueless and gives confusing instructions. Ensures he FAILS you at least twice so they can make more $$ off your back. When i went to another registry and mentioned the instructions this bloke had given to me, the examiner was alarmed, and shocked as to how such people still keep their jobs!!! Needless to say i passed on the very first attempt at the other registry and the process was very straight forward and easy. You've been warned!

Just had my registration renewed. It took less than 5 minutes and that was including calling my insurance company to fax over my current proof! Nobody was braiding anyone's hair! All of the staff was very helpful and courteous. The manager even came out from the back to chat with me a bit. I've been going here for several years now and will continue to do so. Thank you Ladies of Armour!!!!
