Do you like over paying for your insurance? Do you like them adding tons of fees and trying to get every cent from you? Do you like being able to not trust your insurance company and do you enjoy not recieving a proper estimate on damage? IF SO USE DIRECT LINE! Not only are they a terrible company but its terrible people. The office is in the worst part of town and they get tons of bad constumers but rest assured they will put all there bad business onto everyone else that walks in. And dont just think cause you have been a customer for many years that your safe, that means nothing to these guys. They used to be a decent company years ago but has been spiralling down hill for quite some time now. Safe yoirself some future grief and go somewhere else.
