They are so rude! i just called them today about cancel my insurance and he got so mad and said that they will charge me still for my next month fees, even though i cancel today! plus cancelation fee.. such a rip off!!!

Jose is an awesome insurance guy. No bs. I've been a client with him since the start of his career. I've since moved out of edmonton but still use him as his service is second to none.

Terrible experience. They are nice to you until you want to move on and cancel. They get very agressive for no reason. DON'T go these people. TRUST ME. 0 rating.

Unprofessional Stuff. They are not responsible what they are doing and not informative about how the car registration process works in Alberta. I went to this company after get my Out of Province inspection done. Even though, I let the broker now days earlier that my Out of Province inspection would expired in 14 days and my insurance should be done soon, She just took her time then the inspection was expired and her ignorance cost me an extra 120$ to get the inspection again. Plus, I called the company to complain about that the manager was extremely aggressive and uncooperative. He said he runs the business, swore at me on phone and hang up on my face after telling me that I am free to cancel the insurance go somewhere else. I would just recommend that think twice before having service in this place.
