Called for a quote on auto and home insurance and was put on hold for 5 minutes with nobody answering. When I called back and was finally able to give someone my name and number I was told someone would phone me back today to get more information. It's been 2 days so unfortunately I'm taking my business elsewhere... extremely disappointed.

Marita set me up with my apartment insurance and it was about as painless as it can get. Answered any and all questions and made certain I had the right coverage for my situation. Today I moved down the hall and she moved the insurance no problem. Fantastic customer service - can't say enough good things!

Maria literally saved me a thousand dollars on my annual policy., I couldnt be more please with the integrity, honesty and professionalism she provides. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist who values each and every client. Hands down, exceptional service.

My broker, Maria Spadafora is amazing ! Extremely bright and very personable, combined with top notch customer service, is a fabulous combination. On top of that she save us THOUSANDS of dollars on insurance, with better coverage ! I recommend her all the time with the greatest confidence.

I was referred to MHK by a couple of people after sharing my story of how my current insurance company, Intact, doubled my premium over a minor accident I had back in 2015. They 'forgot' about my accident when they renewed my policy once in 2015 when I got a new vehicle, and again in 2016 when my policy renewed. I was never even told by Intact that the person had made a claim against me, and because they never raised my premiums before, I figured everything was fine. So it was a huge surprise when I got a call from Intact in March, telling me that they had forgotten to tell me about the claim and that they had forgotten to add it to my new policy till now, and that in April, my premium will go from $1500 to $4000 for an accident that didn't even leave a dent on the other persons car... I'm young and just starting out, so this hit me really hard. I even tried getting quotes with at least 12 other insurance companies, and all their premiums were $4000 and over. Basically, I felt screwed.
Then I got Marias card from MHK. I gave her a call and within 30 minutes she gave a me a quote that was half what I was currently paying. I felt like I had won the insurance lottery or something. She was super easy to talk to, had a great sense of humor, and not only was she able to cut my premium IN HALF, but she was able to give me way better coverage for my home insurance. She told me she would deal with Intact and cancel with them for me, and that she would be able to have my new plan start as soon as June 1st. I am so impressed and so grateful for what Maria did for me, and I am recommending her to everyone I know. She is basically magic...
