So easy and convenient to deal with this company. I only had to email and everything was done for me after I answered some questions which I could do after hours cause they gave me a form instead of doing it on the phone which is too hard cause I work all the time.

I as with them for years. Same problem as the other person with the review. All great with want payment. Try to get help after. At wrk 1 not at fault I was given an increase of over 5k... Unacceptable. I verified with other brokerages offering thru the same company as was told no increase was needed. My agent left this branch too for. I've switched of course

This firm represented my company insurance. All is great when they are paid but when one of our work trucks was stolen we find out Pratt representative failed to add theft insurance on the vehicle. They take your money until they are needed. Caution advised with this firm.

I really like this brokerage. They are small, friendly, and very helpful. I never have trouble getting in touch with the staff there. Oh sure, I've had to leave voice mail before, but I always get a call back right away. Too bad they only do commercial insurance. A note to those with allergies, they have a cat on premises. It's super friendly.
