Great facility for swimming with a large 50m pool and sizable hot tub. The gym is well equipped but small. The change rooms are generally not very clean, either due to the people being messy or it not being cleaned with a high enough frequency/ without a good enough effort. Most recently they decided everyone needs to have wristbands on every entry even for pass holders which is incredibly annoying, wasteful and unnecessary. Would be a higher rating if for not the messy change rooms and unneeded wristbands.

Awesome lane swimming pool, the 50m lanes and early (5:30AM) opening time means I can get a decent swim in before work. The pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna are all are the right temps; pool a little on the cool side which is perfect and the others are all nice and hot!

The best steam room I have ever been in. I go several times a month just to relax in the steam. It's so steamy you can barely see anyone next to you and that makes it private. My slice of heaven! The pool is nice but for the last year the water has had a smell to it. The facility is outdated so hopefully they get funding for an upgrade soon.

Best place to go for a swim.
Friendly people. Not a place were there are alot of children.
Not that children are bad people... but if you want to go for a good swim there are no kids jumping in your way. Everyone seems to respect the proper lanes for swimming ability.
Great steam room, sauna, and hot tub.
