Excellent teachers with fun personalities! I loved the teachers I've been able to experience at Yoga Within. They made the class really fun and energized, which can be hard to do with a large class. The studio space is plentiful and the atmosphere is warm and positive. They have a nice shop set up too! It features beautiful pieces of clothing and decor items (more than just your traditional yoga gear). The class schedule is uncomplicated and easy to attend with many options for different skill levels. The studio was recommended to me by two friends and I would recommend it to anyone. Prices are comparable to other yoga studios, there's flexible options in passes. If you haven't found a yoga home yet this should be on your list of locations to try!

This is a yoga studio which teaches the practise safely and to the level
of each practitioners ability. Yogis are taught to be attentive to their bodies abilities
and how to deepen their practise mentally and physically. The variety of yoga
systems yin, hatha, kundalini, ashtanga among others,offered here give me the opportunity
experience the effects of different kinds of yoga on my body. I highly recommend this studio.

The Prenatal class with Annika is definitely worth checking out. She is a great instructor and the class is challenging yet relaxing. She is knowledgable in prenatal yoga and pregnancy.
Only downside is the studio is on a main road and has a wall of windows so you get the traffic noise and outside light which can be distracting. Other than that an AWESOME place!
