This is the location of the original cenotaph which is now in front of City Hall. A ceremonial cenotaph sits in its place. It's a small micro park with a view of a mural dedicated to 5 historic women I'm Edmonton. It's also a location known as the 'urban waterfall' where the sound of traffic bouncing up from Belamy Hill creates an ambient sound like a waterfall.
