Most of the staff are friendly, helpful, supportive and aid in your recovery. Go availablity for morning and evening hours.
It's a bit clatered, equipment needs TLC, the notification system should be updated to include the weeks appointments and the reminder.
I have been a client for 6months and have had issues with some front end staff. They lack respect of clients personal information and speak in a condescending manner and tone towards clients that had exited the building or were on the phone.
Had spoken to one about the lack of respect and she hasn't taken it seriously. Hope that this improves.

I love this place. Employees are very professional, they really do care about their clients and very clean facility. I would highly recommend this place especially after an accident.

This past winter I was treated for my injuries after a minor car accident. The staff was wonderful and my therapist did an excellent job of treating my condition and providing guidance with exercises and stretches. Alex was a kind, patient and thorough therapist. I would not hesitate recommending the clinic to anyone.

Went to Lifemark Kingsway after a car accident. Personable staff, clean facility, and appointments always ran perfectly on schedule. Geoff is an amazing physiotherapist and the whole process with my insurance company was very smooth. Thanks again!
