While I don't currently go to this clinic with my cat, I have heard of and seen their amazing, knowledgeable care of, and with, friends' furbabies. If I had to change vets, Mill Creek Animal Hospital would be a top choice.

it was my first time bringing my animals there, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The Vets were knowledgeable and quite thorough. I would recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone.

I have only been here a couple times but I will definitely be coming back.
Dr. Sinclair is fantastic! She is very good at answering all my questions and explaining things. She is great with my kitty and helps us both feel more relaxed. It seems that she puts my cat as a priority and works to make sure she has the best possible visit, even though she doesn't love being at the vet.
I don't feel like I'm pressured into unnecessary treatments, but at the same time I'm given lots of options and things to consider for the future. I appreciate that I feel like I'm getting an honest opinion that's in the best interest of my cat.
I definitely recommend bringing your pets here for excellent advice and care!

I highly recommend the Mill Creek Animal Hospital. Our cats are comfortable with Dr. Sinclair and the friendly staff. They are quick and responsive. I don't ever feel like they are trying to sell me unnecessary products or tests. They are hardworking people who care about animals.
I have owned cats for over 20 years and have moved around North America quite a bit. As such, I have had a lot of experience with veterinarians; some were good, some decent and some subpar. Dr. Lisa Sinclair is one of the best. When I moved to Edmonton, I received a number of vet recommendations from friends. Mill Creek Animal Hospital is a bit far from home and the rates are neither the lowest nor the highest. However, they had good reviews.
In 2015 we had to put down our 21 year old cat. We had him since he was 6 months old and he hung on for as long as he could. We scheduled an appointment and the staff quickly placed us into a private room when we arrived. Dr. Sinclair was like a friend who knew when to be there and when to give us space. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and has great bedside manners. She listens. When the Edmonton weather is icky, it is tempting to switch to a closer, cheaper vet and there are plenty near our home. However, Dr. Sinclair is worth it. She will tell you all of your options and help you decide what's best without being pushy. She is honest and will even recommend someone else if she thinks it's the best option for your pet. She is an exceptional doctor.
