Worst doctors office I've been to. I think it's mostly the front staff, but every appointment the doctor has been half an hour late, 15 mins I can understand... Can't effectively communicate in English. I asked 3 times on the phone if they could do a physical fitness and lifting test and whether or would cost me or be covered under my insurance. To which they told me they did and that it was.
I got there and they wanted $50 cash, didn't have the equipment to do the test, and couldn't refer me anywhere to do it. I walked across the hall to another doctor, asked to transfer my file to them. They had no problem helping me. They also put me on pills that I did not need, charged for a work clearance note that didn't clear me and just, over all, have no knowledge of their own procedures and forms.
