Food was decent, server was really nice. Had we not a child with us we could have gone to the bar side and gotten cheap pints at a certain point in the night.

The customer service is terrible! Their Calamari portions look like a small pile of over priced crumbs. When requested a refund, the manager shoved the money at us after we couldn't accept the gift card. We were leaving on a flight that evening ...to an area that did not have an Earls location.

Fun atmosphere. Attentive staff. Good drinks and food. They really should keep the restaurant patio opened into September though, especially since it's still so warm this year.

they have friendly staff and great food, this is a nice place to eat with a first date or a special occasion.

Long story short we had a less then desirable pickup order last week, Earls brought us lunch and definitely went above and beyond to rectify the issue and I would highly recommend them for the quality of service that Chris Butler personally delivered.
