For the most part helpful and friendly, except for a female Pharmacist who refuse service because they would rather leave early rather than help someone after 9pm.

I have always received great treatment from the pharmacy team - last week I was down with the flu and forgot to bring my grocery bag in to the store with me. George Cloete walked me to my car and put my groceries into the car for me. That was very thoughtful and kind of him and I would like to say 'thank you'.

I want to thank you for the great service we received at River City Center Shoppers Drug Mart.
The front end has improved 100 percent over the past year.
The pharmacy has been so very helpful.
Aileen always remembers my name and greets me with kindness and a smile. The others who take my prescriptions have also been polite and kind.
George has been helpful. Ramez has gone out of his way to help me with my recent increase in medications and diagnosis in a very patient and caring matter. Abi always greets me kindly and answers any questions I have helpfully.
Other pharmacists have been sure to go over all my medications with me to be sure I understand everything.
We are so happy to belong to this Shoppers Drug Mart family. Thank you so very much for everything you do for us. Lorraine Dick
