Messed up all aspects of my order, tasted burnt crumbs and remnants of a diff bagel in my cream cheese, I can imagine the container is full other bagel flavours as if they don't wipe the knife off after every use.would have given them 1 star but the lady was friendly

store use to be fast and good service. now it's terrible and slow. all new staff isn't the same

Parking is tight, there's no drive-thru and the lines are almost always long. Employees try their best to meet the demand but this Tim's should be three times its size, or better yet split across several more locations in Timberlea.

Awesome place to grab a donut, coffee, or sandwich. Really nice staff and always make sure you're taken care of.

Quick service... Long line-up at rush times but the service is quick so doesn't feel that long... Food is fresh....
