I was diagnosed with PTSD, AE Macdonald was the coverage through my fire department. Mr. Macdonald told me that if I had of partaken in programs, I wouldn't be suffering from PTSD. I was never OFFERED any programs. I was also told that PTSD is the back injury of the 80 and many people fake it. What a joke. Insurance is suppose to be there to help you when needed, not belittle you.
