From techs to vets, the entire team was full of warm, friendly, helpful people. My cat Dingbat had to have the tip of his tail amputated, which was a very stressful life event for both him and myself.
The team kept costs as low as possible, even when Dingbat would use his claws to remove sutures they didn't charge out the wazoo for follow-ups.
I had to use the after-hours phone line twice and recieved prompt, phenomenonal service both times.
I will always come back for any health problems with my pets, and I would be remiss if I did not convey my full confidence in this facility & the staff that run it.

My ferret was a patient of Dr Stone's. She was amazing with him and very considerate of us during Ronnie's brief and unfortunately fatal illness. I can't recommend her enough.

Amazing staff who really cared and loved for our cat when he got very sick. Would give us updates and always there when we wanted to check on him.

Very knowledgeable staff who clearly love animals! They put extra effort to make my pet's care feel like a team effort - I always feel heard and informed. Our vet seems like her knowledge is current, like they're always doing their research to stay abreast of new trends. I trust the FAH team 100% with Bernie's health!
