Dr. Shawn has been our vet for almost 15 years now. Our new dog, Marlie was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia shortly after turning three months old. At no time did he suggest ANY medication of any kind. He did not try to sell us pain meds because they are useless and only increase the symptoms. Marlie is now 4 years old and is in the best shape of her young life thanks to Dr. Shawn's expertise in prescribing her a coctail of vitamins and glucosamine. Every person has their own personality so as far as having no bedside manner, my vet need only to have the medical knowledge and professionalism needed to keep my best friend healthy and happy. I would not take my girl anywhere else!

I just got my cat groomed there today. What an amazing job Stacy did and the lady working the front desk was so helpful. I could not be happier with the treatment of my beautiful animal and myself. I will be back with little Louie.

Regular vet was closed, and our dog has a serious on-going stomach issue. They took us in at 2pm on a Saturday when they were closing without hesitation. The vet was thorough and suggested different remedies and also didn't charge for after-hours.

I did not have a good experience at this clinic. Dr. Shawn Smith had NO bedside manner with me or my puppy. He never even touched her....had me hold her up to show him where she had gotten at her self and got all her stitches out, had an assistant come in to hold my puppy to give her a needle to put her to sleep....then told me I could "hold her or they would JUST put her in a kennel"---seriously?...what a nice way to say it!! They charged me just under 300.00 to have her spayed and for some meds etc. and charged me 480.00 plus to re stitch her!! For needles, meds, checkup ( the one where he never touched her), etc etc.!! Dr. Smith made me feel terrible. I guess he felt I was neglectful in letting her get her stitches out, but I told them this was our FIRST dog ever and to please let me know what I needed to do. After her surgery, they never offered a cone for her or any other ways to be sure she did not lick herself. Just handed her to me and sent me on my way. I do not like them at all and will not go back there.

Great service. We paid what needed to be done and the animals are jumping around like before. Decent prices to boot.
