This place is expensive for nothing. The rooms seem to be high end...but if you look closely it's pretty cheap. Also I just wabt to say to the receptionist...I'm sorry I stopped you from texting when I did my check in.
In general...to the extra milage and go to Chateau Bromont instead

Beautiful hotel and spa. Excellent service and amenities. Really enjoyed the Neurospa experience. The restaurant is outstanding - we followed all of Raphael's suggestions, especially on wine pairing, and were not disappointed! Will definitely return!

This hotel is not what they are advertising. My wife has had an extremely bad experience and the customer service is absolutly appalling. Basically its a take it or leave it deal even if they put you in an unsafe situation. They tried to put an additional bed blocking a door out of the room creating a serious fire hazard putting my family in danger. When my wife tried to complain she just got told to go and find another hotel if you are not happy knowing there were not any other available hotels. The room was originally booked for 4 people and they accepted the booking knowing that they did not have the space for that and still charged the same price as a room with two queen beds. There was another family that had complained as well and got told the same thing. So be very careful when booking at this hotel. I have had to cancel meeting my family because there is no room and the hotel just simply don't care rather than trying to find a solution. When I called to try and sort something out they just hung up on me. Very poor customer care or service.

The hotel public spaces including the pool and the spa feel like a 4 star hotel but the rooms are dated and feel like a 3 star hotel. The included breakfast is very good (not a continental breakfast but a real complete breakfast). I still recommend it but the room could be better.

Very nice hotel! Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Courteous service. Breakfast was really good. (Upgraded from the complementary one for $5.)
