Janine and her crew are freaking rockstars! To take a huge place like VO2 and make it into a family that's never judgemental and always welcoming would have been hard, but they nailed it!

I've been lifting weights for 10 years and never really felt apart of in any of the gyms I entered. V02 is legit the real deal. All the trainers are very knowledgable and easy to work with. The owners are fantastic and great trainers also. Front desk staff and childminding staff all amazing. We are super excited to have made the decision to become members.

Incredible gym with incredible coaches! They have everything from yoga and endurance training to the lifting the heaviest weight.

This is a terrible business to have as a neighbor with noise from car alarms and loud trucks starting at 5am.
Then noise from weights smashing on cement floors, coaches yelling, screeching crawlers pushed across the parking lot and the echo of pounding on the tractor tire with a huge hammer. OMG
All this noise & loud music all summer long til 9 or 10pm. 7 days a week!
I don't know how they got their business license to operate near residential!
It would be so nice if they were a more considerate neighbor so we could have some peace and quiet

The Fitbit Custom programming is great when your work schedule doesn't match with the daily class schedule. I have definitely made good progress since starting 3 years ago.
