Booked a couple's massage for my boyfriend and I. We had Jan and Nicky - both were amazing! We agreed they were the best massages we had ever received (and we have been trying to find good ones - unfortunately we live in BC and cannot continue to go here!) Mine was mostly relaxation but I asked Nicky to work out any knots she found, she was incredible. My boyfriend said Jan had great pressure and really helped with the pain in his back that has built up from work.
Staff were very friendly and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious :) If we are ever in the area again, we will surely come back!

Very poor experience. I booked a couples massage and let the lady at the front desk know that we needed a licensed massage therapist so that I could claim both massages through benefits. The lady told me that there wouldn't be any problem and she would arrange it for both myself and my husband. I also notified them that I required a prenatal massage therapist and they arranged accordingly. When we arrived my husband went in first to use the sauna (as I could not) and was put into the waiting room and told that someone would come get him to take him to the sauna once he had changed. He sat there for 45 minutes as no one had come to get him. When we were shown to the room they had not set up for a prenatal massage and the therapist didn't know that he had to set up for one. At the end when we went up to pay I asked them to print everything I needed to file a claim for both massages and they informed me that that wouldn't be possible for my husband's massage. We spent 125.00 that we thought we'd be able to get back but were told after the fact that we wouldn't. It seems as though the staff at the front desk do not communicate with other staff. Nothing from our booking was relayed to other workers. Completely disorganized unprofessional place. Wont go back again.

My favorite place in Grande Prairie to get pampered! I usually go here for pedicures because a mom almost never has life for herself. So it is always nice to sit back get pampered maybe have a drink or those awesome chocolate strawberries :P

I called to book a therapeutic massage, she said that the therapist only can provide insurance receipts for certain insurance companies... I get there to find out that they booked me for a relaxation massage, and nobody else is available until a week and a half later for a therapeutic. I decide to go ahead with the massage anyways. The therapist was really nice but the skills were lacking as I only got half of a full body massage, because time was up. The receptionist was not professional and didn't offer any sort of discount for the mix up. I wouldn't recommend this spa at all.
