George is fantastic, I rent allot of vehicles from Avis Guelph and the service is always outstanding. If I need to change time of even day George is always very accommodating.

Do not rent from this place unless you want to be scammed. I rented a vehicle from them in August 2016. Car was dirty, with stuff like coffee stains on the dash board. Anyway I took out a damage waiver just in case. 5 months later I am charged $300. I have no idea why I am charged $300. I wasn't given any warning such as phone call or email. Just charged $300 5 months later. Very unsound business practice. Do not use these people.
