not good organized office. Do not check for mistakes and do not protect clients from mistakes. Blame clients. Dave always would explain cos and pros. Julie is selling as much as she can without good explanation to get higher commissions in case the client will not check coverage.

I am insured with Joe's insurance on Woolwich, and I just unfortunately had a car accident. Joe Migliaccio's insurance office was great at taking care of me!!
The claims rep was kind, and explained everything clearly. They were very fast in repairing my vehicle, and their office rep called me to check in and make sure that everything was going great.
In my experience, they have the best price and best service in town!

Very disappointing. This office has spiraled downwards ever since Dave Tonner left. I noticed that my premiums kept fluctuating so I sent an email asking why. I then found out that the premiums I was paying was completely wrong and was overpaying. Had I not asked, they never would have checked my policy and I would have kept overpaying. Granted that a refund will be issued, it does not change the fact that they failed to protect my interests as a client.

Joe Migliaccio is extremely professional and knows his stuff. He treats you like family. He will take care of ANY insurance need or question you have. Why not hire a local Guelph guy? Call him first, you will be impressed!
