Worst customer service EVER
Honestly I've been to gyms all over the world, and never have I had to deal with such ignorant stuff
The girl at the counter clearly was into talking to the "good looking" boys flirting with her then doing her job.
Honestly get new staff
It's not worth the cheap memebership

The machines are decent. Fair amount of weights. Not too busy. Older lockers and change room. Hydro-bed massager is fantastic at the end of a workout. No classes but also not very busy.

It's fine. Has most everything you need to work out. It's where the old women's good life was so its a bit nicer than the average fit for less. Don't expect athletic club fancyness here. For $10 it's a good deal for what you get. This particular gym isn't a 24 hour one, which is unfortunate. It's also located in the basement below the food court in the mall so it's not ideal. But overall it's a serviceable gym and there's free tootsie rolls for members so that's cool.
