I went there today for the first time for their Ocean float Room . It was amazing !!! - very relaxing. Teresa at the front desk was so kind and helpful.

Rebekah has been truly a miracle worker when it comes to massage therapy. I found her on a whim through a instagram post and would not think about going elsewhere. She spends as much time as necessary understanding what's going on with your body before she starts treatment and then truly hears each individual treatment towards what YOUR specific needs are. I don't feel as though she is ever just going through the motions with my massage. I strongly recommend her to all my friends and family. She really is an incredible RMT.

Very very expensive. No lockers. Teachers are very good, though classes can get crowded which means less personalized attention. They sell drinks, rehydration crystals and do mat rentals. Showers available, byo towels. Float tank is very nice, though on occasion they'll cut the session short. Studio is not very well aired, they focus on hot yoga but if you come for a no heat class be prepared for it still to be hot and damp.

Such a relaxing, judgement-free, non-competitive atmosphere. You really feel comfortable and at ease.
The instructors share their knowledge and experiences, and make you feel very welcome.
Facilities are clean and peaceful and very cozy.
