I have been doing yoga for about 7 years and moved to Guelph from Ottawa four years ago. I was informed through the Yoga grapevine to check out Sukha. The studio is beautiful and the instructors are well trained and extremely knowledgeable about the human body and yoga. There is a diverse group of instructors who can accommodate any shape, age, size and level of experience at doing yoga. There is also an interesting blend of yoga styles with a stress on alignment and safety. The studio is a safe haven from the pulls and tensions of daily living. The instructors are highly professional and have created a welcoming, inclusive culture. Sukha has nourished my body, and dare I say soul. I clearly like the place ;)
