I lost 30 pounds AND kept it off!! They personalize the workouts and teach you how to eat healthy. They also work with you to inderstand how to make ths all work as a new lifestyle, not a temporary fix/diet that will disappear in a year or so. They also make you feel like part of the family.

Both my husband and I joined The Pound in December of 2016 and to say that our experiences with Carly, Merrick, Tom and all the other trainers was amazing would be an understatement. They helped us literally become different people in a great way and we cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us. Our health has improved immeasurably and our energy levels are fantastic. If you are thinking about joining The Pound stop thinking and join you will NOT be disappointed.

I had just picked up a dress 8 weeks before my sister's wedding and it didn't fit....not even close to doing up. I contacted Carly in a panic, she assured me that I will fit in that dress and not to worry. Within minutes I had her emergency meal plan. Within 14 days I was able to completely close and zip it up. It has now been just over 4 weeks since I started the emergency meal plan and I am down 15.4lbs and have had to have the dress altered because it's now too big.
I couldn't be happier!!!

I started with The Pound last summer after hitting my heaviest weight. I knew I needed to make a change and really needed someone to kick my ass and keep me accountable. I got all this and more with The Pound! These guys are amazing and definitely work miracles on your body! Trust the system and you won't be disappointed. Everything is created custom just for you and your goals and they are always available whenever you need them. Carly & Merrick are the hardest working people in the business and I would recommend them to anyone!
