I've had nothing but good experiences, as far as dentists go. They are always understanding and offer financial options, and Dr Mike is pleasant and affable. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

When I first moved to Halifax I hadn't been to the dentist in longer than I'd like to admit -- I got the absolute best care from the hygienists and dentists at Gladstone Dental! I now look forward to my appointments and highly recommend GD!

I've had two very poor experiences with the same male dental hygienist. I would not recommend this clinic for this reason. I do not have anything negative to say about the dentists I have seen, but since Quinpool Dental made the switch, 2 out of my 3 recent experiences have been awful. The first, I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time before being seen by the dentist and then was asked by the hygienist mentioned above to come back at a later date for my cleaning. When I said I would prefer not to he said he guessed he would stay late just for me (as though the late time was my fault) and then was very rough during my cleaning. The next hygienist I saw cleaned my teeth well and I had a fine experience with her. Today, my appointment was on time but again I was asked to come back at a later date to finish my cleaning. I left there with blood smeared on my face and tears in my eyes. That to me does not equate to a typical teeth cleaning experience. I will not be back.
