Helpfulness and friendliness is off and on. Selection is good. Changing area seems to be a hangout spot for staffer, therefore front half of the store is manned by a couple of people. Hard to identify staffer when they do not wear lululemon products, have no name tags or do not introduce themselves.

Good selection with helpful and friendly staff. Busy at times. High end active wear with prices that match.

This isn't the biggest or coolest one but it's aight. The staff is real nice.

Products seem high quality, but you definitely pay for it. Customer service was good enough but nothing special.
I was surprised that I liked some of the guys clothes that were available. Of course, they were a lot more expensive than many other brands of quick-drying athletic clothes available. The cut of the clothing is much more oriented to slim athletic builds (naturally, it's basically what they're known for). Wife likes the look of their clothes on me. And most guys like the look of Lulu's stuff on women...
But I can get as good of clothes for a lot cheaper at several other places, and many people honestly won't notice that it isn't an expensive brand name. I opted for MEC, Patagonia, and American Eagle athletic stuff instead. You can find stuff with a similar fit and quick dry polyester material at way more competitive prices... For guys and for ladies.
But, the wife loves it, and the customer service was generally good. Clothes look good, if expensive.
