Welcoming healing vibe in a clean well appointed studio, knowledgeable supportive instructors. I was visiting Halifax for 20 hours and managed to take two classes. What a wonderful resource for Halifax!

Throughout the years I've practiced at Moksha I have grown in ways I never could have imagined. The high quality of teaching is consistent, and the strength of the community is unparalleled. Finding myself on my mat here has given a new definition to the idea of 'home'.

I love this studio!
I have practiced at a few different studios in Halifax and this one builds the most community. When I moved here over two years ago I walked in to the doors and immediately felt the love. This studio grounds me and has become my home.
The teachers and staff have built and maintain such a wonderful community! they are all so helpful and welcoming.
I love that there are two rooms and SO many classes! the change rooms are HUGE (well the womens is I can't speak for the mens).
They also have tea and if you forget your water bottle they have extra :)

I came to Moksha as a student and loved the sense of community so much that I am now a student and a teacher at the studio. We have amazing students and a caring and knowledgeable staff. Want to try a class but don't know where to start? We have $5 karma classes on Friday and Sunday nights. We would love to meet you :)

Beautiful ambiance and music. Instructors were helpful. I like that they let you rent a yoga mat.
FYI: they have yoga for donation $5 or above every friday. Crowded but great chance to try it out for cheap.
