Love love love the "Stroller Fitness" class with Jackie! I wasn't sure if I could get the workout I was looking for with my little one in tow, but the class exceeded my expectations, providing a challenging workout that is adaptable for all fitness levels. I would recommend this class to all new moms looking to get back in shape, have some fun, and meet other new moms.

I started 5 weeks postpartum with Jackie’s Stroller Fit class in the spring and was immediately hooked! Jackie really knows how to motivate you plus the class is a great mix of both stationary and moving drills which helps keep the babies happy too! I’m also loving the spin classes and the facility is really well done. Thanks to RevFit for helping me on my journey back to fitness after baby!

I've participated in most of the classes at Revolution Fitness and I have always felt so welcomed and comfortable in them and they got me in great shape! I had my first baby last year so I joined the Stroller Fitness class as soon as my doctor cleared me to start exercising. What a great way to get my strength back after not being able to work out for months. Not only was it an awesome workout I also enjoyed chatting to the other moms. The classes helped me feel like myself again. Thanks Rev Fit team for your awesome classes and support.

I have taken part in many of the programs that Rev Fit has to offer (and I even teach a class!). The Stroller Fit classes were just the thing I needed to get back into shape after having my kids. I have cycled for most of my life and taking part in the spin classes really keeps me in cycling shape over the winter. It's an easy and welcoming club to be a part of!

My daughter and I went for the first time tonight...Erin was so welcoming and helpful to get us set up properly on the bikes. We felt she really cared we were comfortable, and encouraged us to take it at our pace. She also taught the class, explaining each change in routine very well, and was very motivating and energetic! She even took the time to come up to us after class and give us some positive feedback and get ours! Lisa also checked in with us to make sure someone had helped us set up our bikes before class. It was obvious from our first class that Revolution Fitness trainers are really invested in those wanting to improve their fitness level...no matter where you are starting from.
