Very unhygienic, impersonal, poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional staff. Staff was sneezing profusely while sanitizing tables. Extremely unsatisfied with the service before I had even received my food. Which was par at best. Ordered a "buffalo chicken" that tasted like melted cheese and BBQ sauce mixed in a bowl. Wait was extended due to unprofessional staff socializing and being obnoxious. Ordered at 7:49, order completed at 8:02. Best part of the interaction was when I was given a refund.

Been ordering cheese pizza here weekly and its always good, tastier than the other places in the Clayton Park neighbourhood, and a great deal on some days if you use the discount code.

I've been order from this location for the past couple of years with little issue. We expect generic greasy pizza fair but tonight we got some of the greasiest pizza I've ever seen from a very greasy delivery driver.
The delivery guy drives up and as he hands me the box I noticed it is totally caved in in the middle. I'm expecting the worst, but quickly check to make sure the pizza is intact and all the toppings are not stuck to the top. We're good, but I now realize in hind sight that the reason the toppings didn't stick to the cardboard was from the crazy amounts of grease.
I ask for two dollars change and he has to run to his car to get it. He spends five minutes digging in his car for loose change. His car's interior lighting is black lights and music is blaring, most likely to the announce of my neighbours. When he gives me the change it is mostly nickles and dimes.
When I get to the pizza, we start to try and eat. We expect greasy pizza so pat it down with some paper towel. This pizza is dripping with grease, even after wrapping it in paper towel and waiting. The pizza is getting thrown out now and we won't be order from this location again after such a poor experience.

Ordered a party pizza for pickup they gave it away to another customer while I was sitting waiting to receive it, offered a discount for next visit for an hour wait? Maybe call out the name or phone number instead of blaming the other customer and perhaps discount the current order, won't be back horrid business
