I got gel nails done there and it took 4 hours and a half for her to do, im not complaining about the time as much as i am about the quality, she did an ok job, some nails looked different. After 2 days of getting them done i open a bottle of pop gently and one pops right off. I was charged $5 for a fix which i wasnt impressed with because the girl was in a rush to be off and it looked so different from the rest of the nails. Then the next day another one popped off. Overall i am not pleased with the quality but i understand these girls are just learning.

They messed my hair up so bad today that I had to go to the Headshoppe after and the only way to fix it was to cut it super short. I hate it. The lady at the Headshoppe was baffled that the teacher would let me leave looking like that. I was too upset to get them to fix it there which is why I went to the Headshoppe. I know they're students but the teachers should do a better check before letting clients leave like that... At least everyone was really nice...

Awful service. I have attempted to book 3 appointments here and every single one has been cancelled the day of because someone calls in sick. I had a pedicure appointment the day before my vacation and it got cancelled 2 hours before and I have tried to make 2 appointments for my hair both have been cancelled the day of 2-3 hours before. They do not sound apologetic and offer nothing in return. Not worth the hassle for a few dollars cheaper.

went for the first time today to get a full head of foils which ive gotten done elsewhere before and usually takes up to 2 hours, today it took 4 and i didnt even have it styled. i understand its a school but 4 hours for highlights is crazy, ive gotten my hair done at a school before and wasnt nearly as long as it was today. probably wont return.

I had the pleasure of visiting HDC for the second time today. All I can say that Victoria Swan is just amazing. Her supervisor asked me a few times how I was doing. I told her to give Victoria an A+ because she did exactly everything for my poor nails. They were in a terrible mess and just after two and one half weeks they are just amazing. I certainly will be going to this young lady every two weeks. Thank you Victoria.
