First time at clinic and they were phenomenal. Dr Hodgson was great with our senior cat. He was very gentle and never rushed at any point. We will not be going anywhere else. We thought service was pricy , but for great care and great service - our pet is worth every penny ! All staff that we dealt with were friendly throughout the whole appointment. Thanks to all !

Nothing but good things to say about these people. I am sad to notice that Brad hasn't been working any of the times I've been in. He always remembered our names and knew exactly what was going on with each of out cats.

I love Dr. Carnegy and Dr Hodgson. They are both very thorough, compassionate, empathetic and don't rush you. They listen to everything you have to say and never make me feel uncomfortable. I've taken many dogs there and have been a client for years.

Dr. Eric Carnegy is an excellent and very knowledgeable vet, keeps up to date with current research including travelling to conferences. Vets and staff are knowledgeable and compassionate (with both animals and owners).

My boyfriend and I recently took home two kittens. The first Vet we've ever gone to was this hospital besides the ones in the Annapolis Valley. We were booked in with Dr. Hodgson. He is very quiet and gentle with my kittens, very knowledgeable and willing to listen and answer questions for as long as I needed him. So patient and personable! I've been in twice to see him and was going to see him a third time for a check in. He called a the other day saying that if the kitties are doing well and nothing has changed there's no need to come in. I very much appreciate that as we are a little strapped for money at this time! Really means a lot to me that he did that instead of having their third set of needles that aren't necessary and costing me a lot of money. Really shows me that they care about the pets and not just about making money. So thank you!
