Do not go there, not even for an orientation. You might think you are signing a release form but it is there contract. Despite never coming back after orientation and never providing banking info they stipulate that I owe 400 dollars. Never went there, never gave them my banking info... month later they want money. A company that works soo hard getting money from non-members obviously has problems obtaining members. BEWARE

Returned to this gym in January and have so far been really happy with the equipment and staff!! Kira is a fabulous face to see every morning and Candice in the Kids Club is amazing with both of my girls. The membership seems very diverse with both young and older members - no pressure to look a certain way!!! I feel good every time I leave the gym!!

Loved going to this gym. The staff are always polite, Brian goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. It's clean and the equipment is in great condition. I used to work at a gym and understand how hard it can be to maintain. I LOVE the trail programs on the treadmills. The contract and prices are standard and fair. My dad once had an issue with getting charged for some physio sessions he didn't use but it was sorted out and he got his money back.
I prefer this facility to the stone church one.

It's Called 5 Star fitness for a reason! The Manager is always super helpful! He (I think Brian is his name) is out for my best interest and encourages me to try new cleanses etc. Staff is always friendly, special shout out to Chris my PT who is on top of me getting to the gym! It's not too big so I don't feel intimidated when I'm there. And it's clean! A big win for me!! Thanks 5 Star for getting me on the right track!!!!

Awesome gym! The trainers go beyond their scope of duty and are very welcoming. Very reasonable cost for personal trainer and monthly membership, great value for the money. The gym is spotless, very clean, and so are the bathrooms(they don't smell like a gym locker rooms). The equipment is nice to use and very well maintained. The studio also nice and clean, with alot of room to do yoga. 5 star is 5 stars!!
