There is no other gym like this in Hamilton. The staff and members are absolutley wonderful and very helpfull. The owners work very hard on expanding the gym little by litte to add new challenges.. The personal trainer kicks ass and the facility is always tidy and clean. DEFINITELY worth your money, time and energy.

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Gym is very clean. Showers not so much.

Been going to this gym for over a year and it's been great. It has huge very well stocked facilities - you will never ever have to wait for a cardio machine and probably no weight machines either. They have a studio space that's often free to take over and make your own set up. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, and even have a stand up tanning bed for low cost. Clients are respectful and mostly made of regulars so you get to know people.

Great place to workout. Never crowded, tons of weights/machines, tanning, small but all you need boxing studio and much more. Definitely one of the best gyms in Hamilton in my opinion 👌👍
