Love this! It's the perfect martial art for any age and all fitness levels (it will also get you fit!). Instructors are kind and motivating. Other students are also so supportive, like a family. I recommend this to anyone! The martial art itself is simple in principle but mentally challenging like a chess game of physical movement. Very fun and practical.

Very good! Has nice program for kids to go. Trust me, as a kid, i see a lot of kids there. Kids can learn kung fu for a pretty fair /medium price.

I am a brown belt at UFA, and it is a great way to get fit, learn self defence and get fit. The instructors are very supportive and kind, i recomend you try it. The only downside- Its expensivel
