Having had difficulties with 2 previous pharmacies I am so happy to have found one with amazing, caring,and compassionate staff. Always fast and offers fantastic customer service. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service and customer care, I can't say enough good things about this establishment. I haver never been treated so kindly and quickly by a pharmacy, or been so informed and felt truly cared about. Help this business grow and experience what all business' need. Staff who genuinely care and go above and beyond for their clients . Bonus! Walk-in conveniently attached is equally wonderful and makes it easy if needed for quick convenient all round service ( nice group of Dr.s and staff,never to busy) Thank you to the I.D.A Pharmacy on John ST S,. Everyone else, if you need a prescription, or medication go here now! You won't find better.

This pharmacy and it's staff are exceptional. The pharmacists go above and beyond for their customers. They will take extra time to speak with you if/when you have any concerns regarding your medication/health.
We have never before been to a pharmacy where every time we go in we are immediately greeted by name and asked how we are. You feel the genuine interest and passion the staff have for their work and their customers.
Thank you for all of your undivided attention and compassion over the past year and a half we have been coming to IDA.
Fady, Jenna, Aaron, Laney and each and every member of IDA: you provide the best example of what health care should be! We love you all!
