Horrible staff... nasty stuck up people work there... the owners girlfriend or wife which ever is the rudest person I have ever meet. If you don't look rich you don't get served or treated with respect. All they care about is how good they look and not there customers. You couldn't pay me to go there... besides there prices are worse then New York City..

I first emailed to make an appointment, I was told there was no junior stylist to help but there was an opening for a senior stylist. I replied quickly saying I will take whatever time the senior stylist is available, then I never got a reply confirming a time so the next morning (the day I was told I could have an apt) and was told that there was never any appointments available. Then after scheduling another later in the week, I get an email only one hour before my scheduled appointment saying they need to cancel my appointment. I just moved to Hamilton and chose this salon first because of the good reviews however I am very frustrated and disappointed with their service without even getting into the salon

Just walked in to get a bang trim. I realize that's not much but I'm still a customer and would have probably come back if they handled it differently.
The lady at the desk told me she would check if someone could do it for me and then proceeded to order lunch. She did not ask anyone. The gentleman was occupied with a haircut but there were three other employees: one was on her phone, the second was trying on jewelry and the third was drinking coffee. They all proceeded to ignore me while the girl at the front desk discussed their lunch order.
All they had to tell me was to wait a few minutes until x person could take me. Instead of ignoring me and ordering lunch.
Clearly a wee bang trim is below them.
