My dog was treated like a number when putting her down. They don't take the required comfort for the dog that is needed when you're going through something like this. Never went back.

Good: Appointment lead time, staff friendliness and communication, pricing, comfort and information.
Bad: No bad experience and I've/family have brought 4 pets here.

While they seem to be busy you just have to make an appointment, they were super friendly, chatting with us while we waited and gushing over our little kittens.
The room we met the vet in was cozy and clean and was clearly tailored to our needs by having only cat information on the walls, I assume if we had a dog the same would be true.

No matter what vet helps me here they're always good to my poor cat. He is so scared of any vet situation. They're always understanding and caring, taking their time with him if need be and educating me how to best care for my man. Even today when I was distraught they were good to me. Very thankful to have them around.
