A comfortable stay both times!
Being HHonors members, we got a room on the top floor, which was nice. The reception staff were welcoming and the process was painless. The rooms were very clean and rather spacious, which was a bonus given the amount of luggage we had. We stayed two times, once at the beginning of the trip and once at the end and both times we were impressed. The beds are as comfy as ever (a reason why I love the doubletree brand), and the hot cookie on arrival always makes me smile. Whether you're passing through Kamloops en route to The Rockies, or staying a while, this place should be very high on your list! A great stay!

We were greeted by friendly staff - our kids travel jitters satiated by cookies. Everything was fresh, modern and clean. The mattress was possibly the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. In my life.
We were momentarily dismayed to learn the pool was outdoor, but both pool and hot tub were toasty warm, and we enjoyed several hours of watery fun.
I really have no complaints - other than feeling a bit like it wasn't in a great location- perhaps a little sketchy.

I went in for a meeting and ended up at the lounge. Service was wonderful and friendly. Their updated menu was great! Had the cheese platter, calamari fries (my fave!) and chicken pops - kudos to the new chef in the kitchen. Everything was delicious!

Location is great, the price is reasonable for just an overnight stop. The front desk staff was super nice and even offered us bottles of water and warm walnut chocolate cookies. The hotel is updated, hallways are bright and clean, rooms and bathroom are modern and clean. There's also complimentary parking if you ask the front desk for a permit. I would highly recommend this hotel.
