great place to stay except for fire alarms going off, stink bugs in pool area and found a few in my room. pool area and changing rooms were extremely dirty. suggested they clean it and they were resistant and had to insist. was not done until next day. male patron in pool area drinking and walking around in his underwear. next day found underwear in the Jacuzzi. told staff about it again no big deal to them. will not ever use the pool area again very unsanitary. also snack machines not maintained

Great place to stay in Kamloops. Nice underground parking as well as lot for larger vehicles. Park side rooms are the best. With city view rooms you will get a lot of train traffic noise. Nice pool and hot tub. Hotel decor is very modern. Staff is excellent.

I have to say the Kamloops Sandman Signature is probably one of the nicest and most comfortable of this company's hotels in British Columbia. The bed was comfortable, there was much less noise from passing trains than I expected. The on site food options were fresh, the kitchen at Moxie's was nice enough to still make me beakfast when I was a little past the last call for it. Great stay.
I have to say the Kamloops Sandman Signature is probably one of the nicest and most comfortable of this company's hotels in British Columbia. We stayed only one night as we passed through on our way to the coast. The place has a modern feel with comfortable beds. The location is great - right across from a beautiful park and waterfront, where kids can swim. It's also close to the downtown area, and has two restaurants and an ice cream place attached. The pool is a good size, as is the gym, however the gym was poorly equipped. It offered no free weights or benches - only a couple of tired treadmills and a Nautilus machine. I'd stay here again, but avoid the main floor which was a bit noisy.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Smoke from the wildfires was barely noticeable in our room. I stayed here 2 times in one week and would absolutely stay here again.
